Transcription factors (TFs) are critical proteins involved in regulating gene expression, and the activation of multiple TFs can be essential for controlling gene expression in response to specific cellular signals. Therefore, it is essential to monitor the activation of multiple TFs simultaneously to better understand the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular regulation.
Signosis' TF activation profiling plate array II is designed for this purpose and can monitor the activation of 96 different TFs, including important regulators like NFkB, AP1, HIF1, and p53. This array is different from the TF Activation Profiling Plate Array I as it focuses on a specific subset of TFs, which can be useful for studying specific cellular pathways or diseases.
The kit includes two 96-well plates, providing the ability to compare two different samples side by side. By using this array, researchers can quickly and accurately assess the activation status of multiple TFs, providing insights into the complex regulation of gene expression in response to cellular signals.
