qPCR SYBR Green Master Mix is a 2× reaction mixture for real-time quantitative PCR amplification. The mix contains hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, SYBR Green I, dNTPs, and Mg2+. When used, it only requires the addition of template and primers to perform real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, simplifying the operation process and reducing the chances of contamination. It also includes stabilizers and enhancers to improve amplification efficiency and effectively suppress nonspecific amplification.
