The vector includes a luciferase reporter gene driven by a CRE-containing promoter for sensitive and quantitative analysis of CREB activation.
With a hygromycin resistance gene, it enables efficient selection of stable cell lines, streamlining experimental workflows. GFP-tagged versions are also available for transfection monitoring.
