The pCMV-EGFR (T790M C797S  Exon 19 Deletion) vector contains the EGFR gene with the T790M, C797S, and Exon 19 Deletion mutations under the CMV promoter for high expression in mammalian cell lines such as the HEK 293 cell line. This includes the hygromycin resistant gene embedded in the vector for stable cell line establishment. Downstream of the EGFR viii gene is a DYKDDDDK-tag for Western blotting.
