Signosis’ Oxidative Stress Combo Assay Tissue Kit is a multiplex oxidative stress and antioxidant assay that can be utilized to measure reactive oxygen species (ROS), lipid peroxidation (MDA), glutathione (GSH), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in tissue samples. In this kit, the tissue samples are lysed and the lysates are used to measure ROS levels, MDA levels, GSH levels, and SOD activity.
 
 
Data Analysis & Interpretation
High ROS/RNS + Low GSH/GSSG + High MDA → Oxidative stress damage.
High ROS but High SOD + High GSH/GSSG → Active antioxidant response.
Low SOD + Low GSH/GSSG + High MDA → Severe oxidative damage, impaired defenses.
