Signosis’ Oxidative Stress Combo Assay Kit combines the reactive oxygen species (ROS), lipid peroxidation (MDA), glutathione (GSH), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) assays into a single kit. In this kit, DCFDA is first used to measure the ROS in the media of live cells. The same media is also used to determine MDA levels. Then, the cells are lysed and the lysates are used to measure GSH levels and SOD activity.
