One Step RT-qPCR Assay Kit is a reagent kit for RNA-based multiplex quantitative PCR reactions. In the experiment, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are performed in the same reaction tube, simplifying the experimental procedure and reducing the risk of contamination. This assay kit utilizes M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase (RNase H-) for efficient synthesis of the first-strand cDNA and hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase for quantitative amplification. The kit includes 2× RT-qPCR Buffer and Enzymes Mix. The buffer contains Mg2+ and dNTPs, and stabilizers and enhancers are added to improve amplification efficiency and effectively suppress nonspecific amplification.
 
This kit does not include ROX dye.

Handling: Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot and store.
