Signosis has established Jak2 V617F expressing Ba/F3 cell line that serves as an indispensable tool for researchers delving into the molecular intricacies of myeloproliferative neoplasms associated with Jak2 mutations. With its expression of the constitutively active Jak2 V617F, this cell line offers a valuable resource for unraveling the underlying mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets in MPNs, contributing significantly to advancements in targeted therapies and understanding disease pathology. The cell line was generated with JAK2V617F expression vector into BaF3 cells, and the single clones have been selected with hygromycin treatment, GFP expression. The positive clone has been confirmed with PCR-sequencing and Western blot with anti-JAK antibody.
