Signosis has established the Jak2 V617F + EPOR expressing Ba/F3 cell line that stands as an invaluable resource for researchers delving into the complex signaling networks within hematopoietic cells. By combining the activated Jak2 V617F mutation and EPOR expression, , this cell line offers a unique platform for screening potential drugs, and investigating signaling pathways crucial in myeloproliferative disorders and erythropoiesis. The cell line was generated with JAK2V617F -EPOR expression vector into BaF3 cells, and the single clones have been selected with hygromycin and G418 treatment and GFP expression. The positive clone has been confirmed with PCR-sequencing and Western blot with anti-JAK antibody and anti-EPOR antibody.
