HS-Taq DNA Polymerase is a hot-start Taq DNA polymerase that has been modified with an antibody. The antibody blocks the 5'-3' exonuclease activity and polymerase activity of Taq DNA polymerase. The polymerase activity is released after a 30-second incubation at 95°C, preventing non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation during sample preparation and temperature ramping stages. This product is suitable for hot-start PCR and hot-start qPCR, and the amplified products have a 3'-dA overhang, making them suitable for direct cloning into T vectors.

Transportation: Transport the product at a temperature of 0°C or lower (≤0°C).
Reaction Conditions: The product is to be incubated for 30 minutes at a temperature of 74°C.
