The Combo TF activation profiling plate array is a powerful tool for monitoring the activity of multiple transcription factors (TFs) simultaneously, enabling researchers to gain a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying cell signaling and gene expression. This array contains 192 different TFs, including those involved in ER stress, mitochondrial UPR stress, oxidative stress, and various disease-related TFs, such as those related to heart, liver, kidney, and ovary. The kit is optimal for analyzing multiple mammalian cells, including human, mouse, rat, sheep, and pig.
 
The kit includes four 96-well plates, each containing a comprehensive set of functional TFs for measuring activation. The reagents required for the assay are also included, enabling quantitative analysis and comparison of samples in a single experiment.
