Numerous miRNAs have been reported to have an influence on the regulation of apoptotic cell signaling such as the overexpression of miR-145, miR-216, miR-182, and miR-96 miRNA to decrease caspase-3 activation. Signosis has developed a miRNA array for targeting 52 miRNAs that have been shown in literature to be involved in apoptosis.
