2. Q: For each sample, it is shown in the protocol that we only need to collect around 2000 cells for detecting. Is it too little? It says using 10ul lysate for later operation after using 100ul cell lysis buffer per sample. It means there's only 200 cells of lysate for the cell lysate preparation. The second question is how long should I collect samples after I treat my cells? How long will TFs have a significant change?

     A:  You can add 30ul for 1000-2000 cells if you have less than10ul of solution leftover with the cells. . The reason we recommend 100ul the whole lysis buffer is to consider that more than 40ul of leftover solution may affect the lysis function of our whole cell lysis buffer. We can provide you 2X whole cell lysis buffer for free, so you can use much more flexibly. We usually treat the cells for 1-2 hours, which is enough time for TF activation.

3. Q: I am reaching out regarding the product FA-1006. One of our customers is interested in this product and would like to know if it is also suitable for samples from rats.

     A: Yes, this kit is suitable for rats. These kits are designed to work with all mammalian samples.

4. Q: Hi, Can we detect FOXM1-mRNA from the exosomes from this kit?

I believe it biotin-labeled probes are made based on the consensus sequences of TF DNA-binding sites.

     A: Our TF Activation kits are used to measure the DNA binding activity of transcription factors, in another words, the kit is used to analyze the activation of transcription factors.
