T lymphocytes are a crucial component of the immune system, with several subtypes that perform different functions in the body. Naive T cells differentiate into effector cells when they encounter antigens. T cell development involves multiple stages, and the process is regulated by a combination of transcription factors.

Signosis has developed the T cell TF Activation Transcription Factor Activation Plate Array to monitor the activities of 8 T cell activation-related transcription factors simultaneously in mammalian samples. These factors include AP1, E2F1, GATA3, Myb, NFAT4, NFkB, RUNX, and STAT6.

By using this array, researchers can study the molecular mechanisms underlying T cell activation, differentiation, and function. The ability to simultaneously monitor the activity of multiple transcription factors provides a comprehensive view of the T cell activation process, which can be beneficial in the development of new therapies and treatments for immune-related diseases.
